Valentine’s Gifts for the other Her
Let’s not pretend, many men are about ready to go into hiding for the month of February for one reason or another. Well I can only hope some of them get a little insight from these ideas on how to celebrate Valentine’s with the woman on the side. A lot of instances require careful planning or witness protection for a day, while others just burn bridges or decide to break their phone. Before things get drastic here are some ideas
Nobody wants to feel like second fiddle or an afterthought so the first thing you can do for her is: Start Valentine’s early. This year Feb 14 falls on a Sunday, which means you can send flowers to the office from as early as Friday. Be sure to use a code name only she will know, her nickname for you or a phrase you both share. Public displays make everyone feel special so add some chocolates and go big, make it extra nice.
If that isn’t enough, or you have more than one “other hers” Saturday opens another opportunity to create a little romance. Chisel out a little time in the day for a secret rendevous. Make it brunch or even a picnic just make sure it’s private and secluded. Add to the ambiance by making a playlist with her favourite love songs and pamper her a little, part of the romance is in the visible effort. Once you have her buttered up get ready to send her over the moon with a piece of jewellery (preferably a necklace) however small the magic of a lasting gift will smooth you over for at least a few months.
Hopefully I got all my ‘bredrins’ covered but since I know people are greedy here is one more pre-valentine gift for the other her. Saturday night, when everyone else is asleep get ready to dance up a storm. A night on the town is always a great way to take your mind and her mind off the inevitable. So take her out for a night of fun, make sure to include her favourite cocktails and please drink responsibly.
Some “players” think they have all their bases covered, some are new to the game… whatever the case I hope these ideas helped and I hope I didn’t let the cat out of the bag. Happy Pre-Valentine’s Day!
