Recipe Corner Rainforest Seafoods
Shrimp and Mac Salad

24 oz cooked elbow macaroni2 slices pineapple1 small onion, diced1 small red pepper 2 oz raisins2 oz cherries, broken into small pieces4 oz Ranch dressingSalt and pepper to tastePlace all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine.Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill.
Ingredients:
12 oz medium Rainforest Seafoods cooked shrimp
24 oz cooked elbow macaroni
2 slices pineapple
1 small onion, diced
1 small red pepper
2 oz raisins
2 oz cherries, broken into small pieces
4 oz Ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine.
Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill.
Serves 4
