TELECOMMUNICATIONS company Flow has promised a spectacular display of the latest technology at the biennial Expo Jamaica now on at the National Indoor Sports Centre and the National Arena.

The company says the more than over 16,000 patrons expected at the four-day event will be treated to an impressive array of devices and unique experiences at the company’s booth in the National Arena.

Leading the pack is the introduction of a 4D Virtual Reality experience — a first in Jamaica — that will see patrons exploring a virtual world through the eyes of Oculus technology as Flow showcases its TV/Cable product.

“We have partnered with HBO and a local agency to make this possible. Patrons will be able to explore the old world realm of the Game of Thrones series at the Flow TV experience this weekend. We will also be creating other visual and sensory experiences for patrons to enjoy,” promised Nicole Campbell, brand experience manager at Flow.

“Patrons can also prepare to be impressed by our display of the best in mobile technology and accessory devices through our partner, Huawei. We will also have a special surprise for visitors as we demonstrate our technological prowess,” she added.

In the mobile section of the company’s booth at Expo 2016, Huawei will have on display the latest devices available from their product line along with trendy accessory devices that reflect modern convenience and style.

Through its sister company C&W Business, a subsidiary of CWC, the latest in business ICT technology will also form a critical component of its offering for this important event.

“For decades, our technology has been the lynchpin of business communication both in Jamaica and across the region and supports almost every single industry in Jamaica,” commented C&W Business Marketing Manager Michelle Clunie James.

“We will be using the opportunity to demonstrate our proven and reliable capacity to power business of all sizes at the event which is expected to see over 200 exhibitors across a variety of industries of varying sizes,” James added.

Patrons, booth-holders and other guests will also be able to access Internet, at a speed of 100Mbps, via their personal devices, thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection that will be supplied by Flow.

In March, Flow announced title sponsorship to the tune of $6,000,000 towards the staging of Expo Jamaica 2016, spearheaded by the Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association and the Jamaica Exporters’ Association.
