St Elizabeth woman dies in Manchester crash

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Forty-one-year-old Natasha South, a businesswoman of Top Hill district, St Elizabeth, died as a result of injuries she received in a motor vehicle collision on the Sea Air main road in Mandeville, Manchester, on Tuesday.

Reports from the Alligator Pond police are that about 11:00 am, South was a passenger in a Honda Fit motor car when the vehicle collided with another Honda Fit that was travelling in the opposite direction.

South and both drivers were taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead and the others admitted.

The police say investigations are ongoing.
