Bumpin Uglies debuts on Billboard
MARLAND-BASED three-member band Bumpin Uglies scores its first entry on the Billboard Reggae album chart. The band’s latest EP Better.Faster.Stronger. debuts at number two.
The EP contains six tracks. These are White Boy Reggae, Addictive Personality, DIY, Morning After, Live Your Life and Get Back (demo).
Formed in 2008, Bumpin Uglies comprises Brandon Hardesty (vocals, guitar); Dave Wolf (vocals, bass) and TJ Haslett (drums). The group incorporates ska, reggae and punk into its music.
To date, the band has two albums to its credit: Free Candy (2011) and Ninjah Reggae Assassin (2013).
Meanwhile, Stick Figure’s Set in Stone returns to the number-one spot, while Rose Petals by J Boog moves up to number five.
Cas Haley’s More Music More Family moves into the number six spot to reach a new peak, while Alkaline’s New Level Unlocked takes a dip to number eight. Harrison Stafford & the Professor Crew’s One Dance is at nine.
