Troy Ave’s lifestyle puts him in jail
Troy Ave, the American rapper who colputlaborated with dancehall artiste Kranium on his hit single Lifestlye, was arrested in connection with a recent shooting at a TI concert.
The Brooklyn rapper allegedly fired his gun at New York’s Irving Plaza before accidentally shooting himself in the leg, according to the New York Daily News.
He has been arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and illegal weapons possession.
Sources say that Troy Ave could be seen firing a gun in surveillance clips and that he could have been aiming for Maino, who was coming off the stage at the time of the shooting.
Kranium and Troy Ave’s remix of Lifestyle went number one on the iTunes Reggae Charts for several weeks last year.
