Mavado performs on Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour
Many dancehall artistes have been making significant advancements on the international scene. But one of Jamaica’s most recent popular exports, Mavado’s was in the ‘big leagues’ on Tuesday.
Vado performed at Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour. The deejay took to the stage on Tuesday night at the New York Mets’ Citi Field in Corona, alongside his We The Best collaborator, and rapper DJ Khaled.
He performed his single I’m So Special and the jam-packed arena had quite a favorable response to him. After his performance, he posted on Instagram thanking the Roc Nation family, Beyoncé and her Beyhive for having him as well as for the love they showed to him and dancehall music.
