Motorcycle crash claims another life

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – Twenty-two-year- old Neish Freckleton of Gregory Park, St Catherine died as a result of injuries he received in a fatal collision along the Gregory Park main road, yesterday.

Reports from the Caymanas Police are that about 11:30 am, Freckleton was riding a Zhujuang motorcycle with a pillion aboard. On reaching a section of the roadway, it is alleged that he attempted to overtake a JUTC bus travelling in the same direction. 

He purportedly lost control of the motorcycle and collided in the rear of the bus.

Freckleton and the pillion were taken to hospital where Freckleton was pronounced dead and the pillion admitted in stable condition.
