Three die in Manchester crash
MANCHESTER, Jamaica – Three people were killed and one injured in a motor vehicle collision on the Old Greenvale Road in Manchester, on Sunday.
They have been identified as 46-year-old Craig Lewis, a contractor of Hatfield in Manchester, 27-year-old Jerome Israel, and 23-year-old Kevoy Lewis, both of Mike Town in the parish.
Reports from the Mandeville police are that about 10:00 pm, the three plus another passenger were travelling along the roadway when their motor vehicle crashed into a retaining wall before coming to a stop.
All four occupants were taken to hospital where Craig, Kevoy and Israel succumbed to their injuries.
Police say the fourth person has been admitted in stable condition.
