American woman missing
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are reporting that a 59-year-old American woman is missing.
She is Dina McLeod from New Jersey.
The police say she is of Caucasian decent, medium build and is about five-foot-five-inch tall.
Reports from the Old Harbour police are that McLeod was last seen about 5:00 pm on August 9, at Doctor Bird Circle, Airy Housing Scheme in the parish of St Catherine. She was wearing a spaghetti strapped blouse, brown pants and a pair of brown slippers.
Efforts to contact her have proven futile, the police say.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Dina McLeod is being asked to contact the Old Harbour police at 983-2255, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
