Rihanna set to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award
The 28-year-old Bajan beauty Rihanna is set to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). The ceremony will take place on the 28th of August at Madison Square Garden in New York City where she will be performing.

Anti, Rihanna follows the male artiste Kanye West as the recipient of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award. Past winners included Jackson, Madonna, Peter Gabriel, Guns N’ Roses, Beastie Boys, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé.
