Skeletal remains found in Clarendon
CLARENDON, Jamaica – Skeletal remains were discovered near the Wood Hall main road in Clarendon about 8:00 am yesterday, according to the police’s Corporate Communications Unit (CCU).
The remains, which is believed to be that of a male, were found by residents who summoned the police to the area.
Lawmen who processed the scene reported that the remains were clad in a red shirt with the words “New York Since 1898” written across the front, a grey jeans pants, blue underpants and a pair of black and white sneakers.
The police are asking anyone who can assist in identifying the remains to contact the Chapleton Police at 987-2244, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
Investigations continue.
