Two charged in Kingston West violence outbreak
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Two of 20 men who were listed as persons of interest in connection with the upsurge of violence in the Kingston Western Police Division have been charged.
Eighteen-year-old Chavaughn Blyden, otherwise called Turtle Back, of an Upper Regent Street address, and Hoshane Frazer, otherwise called Straight Up, of an unknown address, are jointly charged with murder and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
