Baby girl among three shot dead in St Mary
ST MARY, Jamaica — Commissioner of Police Dr Carl Williams has vowed to find the killers of a nine-month-old baby, her 25-year-old mother and a 62-year-old man in Annotto Bay, St Mary.
Williams, who visited the scene, is speculating that the early morning incident stemmed from a domestic dispute. Reports are that Rushell Williams and her child Aleir Smith were visiting Albert Pryce at his home in Fort George when the attacker(s) struck.
Residents reported hearing gunshots around 6:00 am and summoned the police.
“This is really a sad day because heartless criminals have turned their weapons on not just men but women and children. They have gone too far and I will do all I can to ensure that the killer or killers will not escape,” Williams said.
