Unidentified man shot dead by licensed firearm holder
KINGSTON, Jamaica – An alleged knife attacker who was shot dead during a confrontation with a licensed firearm holder in downtown Kingston last Friday night has still not been identified.
Reports are that about 9:00 pm, the unidentified man allegedly attacked a businessman with a knife and a piece of iron and was shot. He succumbed to his injuries at hospital the following day.
The police have reported that the body is of dark complexion and is about 172 centimetres (5 feet 8 inches) long. The deceased is believed to have been in his late twenties.
