KINGSTON, Jamaica — The sentencing of businessman Steven Causewell who is convicted of the murder of 28-year-old Nordia Mitchell at her Oaklands Apartments home in St Andrew on July 16, 2008, has been postponed until October 7.
The new date was set when the matter came up in the Home Circuit Court this morning.
The sentencing that was set for today was rescheduled after Queen’s Counsel Jacqueline Samuels Brown indicated to the court that she intends to call a witness that is currently overseas.
