Vere Technical book spot in FLOW Super Cup

CLARENDON, Jamaica – Despite losing 1-2 to Glenmuir High in their rescheduled ISSA/FLOW daCosta Cup Inter-z0ne game at Wembley today, Vere Technical booked the eighth and final place in the Flow Super Cup after topping Zone Seven on goal-difference.

Glenmuir High’s win saw all four teams in the group finish on four points as they took second place on more goals scored after tying Seaforth High on zero goal-difference as Vere Technical finished on top with a goal-difference of three.

Bog Walk the fourth team in the group finished with a negative four goal-difference.

Vere Technical will now face Manning Cup team Kingston College in Saturday’s first round of the Super Cup at Sabina Park.

The eight daCosta Cup teams are: Cornwall College, Rusea’s High, St Elizabeth Technical, Clarendon College, Ocho Rios High, Dinthill Technical, Vere Technical and Little London High.
