SPRY Training SPRY Training

SPRY Training is a strength and conditioning personal training facility that is based in London UK which involves cross training. Cross training is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored work out. It includes pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weight lifting, gymnastics, running and swimming. SPRY Training is Jamaica’s first and only warehouse training facility and has been in operation in Jamaica since February 2015, located at 35 Dunrobin avenue, Kgn 10.

The aim at Sprytraining is to provide a service that meets each of our client’s exact requirements. If one wish for an athletic body type, weight loss or just staying lean we can assist them in reaching their goal.

The Sprytraining team consists of expert; nutritionists, physiotherapist, and personal trainers whose main focus is to utilise both conventional and unconventional training methods and principles along with nutrition to ensure the members achieve their goals.

The Sprytraining team constantly acquire new certification within the field of health and fitness and also utilise the broad base of experience that one gain from working with all types of clients and athletes.

Owner and Director of Training Jae Edwards passion is to help people to become the strongest version of themselves, he see for others what they don’t see for themselves. He believes that health and fitness should be a part of one’s lifestyle. His time in the British Army as Troop Commander, taught him how to lead effectively, while motivating individuals to reach the end goal. Through mind management and mental toughness he believes every member of Sprytraining can and will reach their fitness goal.
