Lifeguard killed in Negril collision
WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Thirty-four-year-old Weldon White, lifeguard of Nampriel Heights, Negril, Westmoreland, died as a result of injuries sustained during a motorcycle collision along the Norman Manley Boulevard in the parish this morning.
Reports from the Negril police are that about 2:50 am White was driving his motorcycle along the roadway when he allegedly lost control and collided into a post. He was assisted to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
