ST ANN, Jamaica – A section of the Runaway Bay main road in St Ann is waterlogged and covered with debris, as heavy rains lashed the community last evening.
Officers from the Runaway Bay Police Station have been forced to direct traffic, which has piled up in the vicinity.
A resident told OBSERVER ONLINE that the water is as a result of a river in Brown’s Town overflowing its bank.
“One whole heap a water a come from up the hill deh,” he told the Observer as he waded through the murky water.
