JFF hosts national U-15 Boys Challenge Cup
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) is today hosting a National Under-15 Boys Challenge Cup which will see Under-15 boys’ teams competing to decide which parish association is the national champion in this age group.
The competition will also be scouted by the technical staff of the national Under-15 Boys’ team, including Aaron Lawrence and Wendell Downswell, assisted by Director of Football, Vin Blaine, as they continue to construct the under-15 unit for the 2017 CONCACAF Under-15 Boys Championship to be held August 13-19.
A JFF release yesterday said parishes were divided into four groups and would compete, with the top two parishes from each group proceeding to the quarterfinals.
The duration of each game is 40 minutes, with 20 minutes per half and each team being allowed five substitutions per game.
