Father of many hails mothers
Yesterday Ras Denroy Morgan, patriach of the famed reggae group Morgan Heritage, partcipated in paying tribute to mothers at Christ Church (Anglican) in Vineyard Town, St Andrew. He was accompanied by the Asaph Drummers. Morgan, now a bishop of the International Gospel Helpers Church and ambassador of the Ethiopian Orthodox Coptic Church of North and South America, is known for his music and fathering some 30 children. Morgan topped charts in the 1980s with his hit single I’ll Do Anything For You. He is on a visit to Jamaica and is the guest artiste on the soon-to-be released remake of Peter Tosh’s Legalize It.
