With the World Championships in full stride, Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett is maximising every opportunity to keep the name Jamaica top of mind in the United Kingdom. From checking on our athletes to wrapping black cabs, it’s all about networking and positioning Brand Jamaica. Indeed, the JTB-pushed and -sponsored Jamaica Garden Terrace at the Scottish-influenced Boisdale Restaurant in London’s financial district. Canary Wharf is where much time is being spent by the JTB team pressing flesh with many of the 120,000 people who work within walking distance of the terrace.
