Police Commissioner visits Mount Salem ZOSO
ST JAMES, Jamaica — Commissioner of Police George Quallo accompanied by the Chairman of the Police Federation, Raymond Wilson, yesterday visited members of the joint force and residents in the Mount Salem Zone of Special Operations (ZOSO).
According to a release from the ZOSO Communication Operations Centre, the commissioner used the visit to speak with members of the joint force and to get feedback on activities on the ground, as well as feedback relating to the welfare issues of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JC F) members working in the zone.
Quallo said he was satisfied that the JCF members are committed to carrying out their duties in order to ensure that the objectives of the ZOSO are met.
Meanwhile, he has given directives for the matters associated with the welfare of members to be immediately addressed.
Quallo also met with residents in the community. He said that he was satisfied with the citizens’ feedback regarding the conduct of members of the joint force.
