The West India Table – Part 5

This year’s Brunch at the Gallery experience, Sunday last, started in the form of a welcome table replete with desserts done by Jamaica Food & Drink Festival participating pâtissier Nadine Hoballah-Burie. Positioned in the grand hall of the National Gallery of Jamaica and meeting the requirements of The West India Table conceptualisers Michelle and Suzanne Rousseau, this preliminary tablescape was finished with formal and handpicked floral arrangements courtesy of Tai Flora Services.
