ELEVEN HORSES CLAIMED ON WEDNESDAY
Eleven horses were claimed on the 10-race midweek programme at Caymanas Park on Wednesday.
Gaga Lady was claimed from Borris McIntosh by Albert Chong for Dravid for $250,000; Sir Leyland Hall was taken by Ryan Darby for Raphael Gordon for $250,000 from Kingsley Davis, and Prince Sammo was claimed from Tyrone Prince by Winchester McIntosh, acting as both trainer and owner, also for $250,000 from the second race.
In the fourth race on a $180,000 claiming tag, Ryan Darby claimed Abogado for Raphael Gordon from Marlon Anderson; Johnny Wilmot claimed Heat It Up from Paul Smith for Garth Samuels; and Steven Todd took Meru from Borris McIntosh for Carl Anderson.
Paul Charlton lost Mr Ambassador to Lincoln Lungs for Rahmos, while Donovan Plummer claimed Storming from Oneil Markland for Randall Shaw from the fifth race. Both claims were made for $550,000.
In the sixth race on a $180,000 claiming tag, Stormonthesea was claimed from Michael Beecham by Rudolph Hardial for himself; Speedy Process was claimed from Johnny Wilmot by Clifton McLish for Delroy Wellington; and Chief Secretariat was claimed from Ryan Darby by Fernando Geddes for Ainsley McCoy.
