Man arrested in relation to shot gun seizure in St Thomas

ST THOMAS, Jamaica — A man is in custody after a police operation in Yallahs, St Thomas yesterday yielded the find of a shot gun and associated ammunition.

Reports from the police are that about 3:40 am, an operation in the community led to search of premises where the chrome and black 12-gauge shot gun with five 12-gauge cartridges were discovered.

The man’s identity is being withheld pending further investigations.
