Outstanding performances at Calabar McKenley/Wint invitational

SEVERAL outstanding performances were recorded by a number of athletes at the 2018 Calabar McKenley/Wint Invitational Track and Field Classic held at Calabar High School last Saturday.

One of the most outstanding performances was produced by Javon Francis, who won the Men’s Olympic Development 400 metres race in a time of 46.19 seconds.

Calabar High, as expected, dominated majority of the races in the boys’ events ahead of their defence of the Boys’ Championships title in March.

Hydel High stood out amongst the girls in competition.
