CPL update: St Lucia Stars batting first v Jamaica Tallawahs
KINGSTON, Jamaica — St Lucia Stars have won the toss and are batting first against Jamaica Tallawahs in match seven of the Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) Twenty20 tournament underway here at Sabina Park.
The Tallawahs, who are currently in fourth on two points, have made one change for this the first of two games at Sabina Park, bringing in local seamer Oshane Thomas in for Barbadian Kemar Roach.
On the other hand, The Stars who are rooted at the foot of the standing without a point from two games, have made two changes for this contest in the hunt to break a 13-match losing skid across all seasons.
They have brought in former captain Darren Sammy and Obed McCoy to replace Muhammad Sami and Rahkeem Cornwall.
