Sagicor Life now offering e-payouts

SAGICOR Life Jamaica policyholders can now skip the long lines to collect disbursements by signing up for Sagicor’s Client Web, a free and convenient electronic platform that allows the request for funds to be processed.

The platform allows Sagicor life individual insurance clients to securely request disbursements, view their policy information in full detail and have funds transferred directly to their bank accounts. The platform also allows clients to view e-disbursement requests history, access link to an online payment facility and to request policy and biographic changes.

Vice-president of insurance operations, Sagicor Life, Audrey Flowers-Clarke, urged clients to sign up for the platform and benefit from the convenience and ease of access it offers.

“Instead of coming into the office each time you need to make a withdrawal, policyholders can easily sign up for Client Web and be able to access information and request disbursements directly to their bank accounts, which they will receive, in most cases, within 24 hours,” she said.

“This is a big step for Sagicor as we want to offer our stakeholders the very best in security and access and ensure that they are able to manage their policies from the comfort of their homes or by using their mobile devices.” Sagicor said Life’s Client Web can be accessed at my.sagicorjamaica.com/ClientWeb/
