Doha 2019: Ronda Whyte out of Women’s 400mH
DOHA, Qatar — Ronda Whyte has failed to advance to the semi-finals of the Women’s 400m Hurdles, at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.
She finished heat two sixth in 56.37 seconds.
Ukraine’s Anna Ryzhykova ran well from the inside lane to win in 55.11s, with 2015 champion Zuzana Hejnova finishing strongly on the outside to bag second in 55.33s.
Briton Jess Turner ran a personal best 55.72s for third, and Italian Yadisleidis Pedroso a season’s best 55.78s for fourth.
