PJ Patterson taken to hospital Monday evening
Former Prime Minister of Jamaica Percival James (PJ) Patterson was rushed to the Tony Thwaites wing of the University Hospital of the West Indies Monday evening, after a motor vehicle accident at his St Andrew home.
A statement released from Patterson’s office explained that he was undergoing a complete evaluation as checks and observations were being carried out to ensure that he was okay.
It stated that Patterson was conscious and alert and was with family and friends. It said that further details would be given after the medical examinations were completed.
