She’s A Maneater — a racing career of pure excellence — in pictures

The retirement of She’s A Maneater last week brings to a close four years of glorious achievements which showcased the mare’s talent, ability to fight and utter class.

As a tribute to the accomplishments of this offspring of Natural Selection – Ahwhofah, the Supreme Racing Guide presents her racing career in pictures.

FAMILIAR PLACE: She’s A Maneater made thewinning post her favourite place on the racetrack.Omar Walker is in the saddle.
IN HIS SUIT: Trainer of She’s A Maneater for her entirecareer Wayne DaCosta, dressed in his Sunday best,saddles the filly for the 2017 Jamaica Derby.
GLORIOUS THOROUGHBRED: She’s A Maneater, a picture ofexcellence, wins the 2017 Diamond Mile with Dane Nelson aboard.
GOING AFTER THE TRIPLE CROWN: She’s A Maneater (red silks – OmarWalker) with the early leaders in the 2017 Jamaica St Leger. Afterwinning this race, She’s A Maneater became a Triple Crown winner.
POWERING HOME: She’s A Maneater (Omar Walker) poweringhome to victory in the 2017 Jamaica St Leger. This win completedthe Triple Crown for the filly at the time.
THE PENULTIMATE RUN: Jockey Omar Walker brings homeShe’s A Maneater to victory in the 2019 Diamond Mile.
STANDING TALL: Jockey Dane Nelson is elated as can be as hestands tall in the saddle on She’s A Maneater to win the 2017Diamond Mile.
AN UNDOUBTED CROWD FAVOURITE: After winning the 2017 1000Guineas She’s A Maneater, is hailed by punters in the winners’enclosure. The jockey is Omar Walker.

UNUSUAL PARTNER: Then apprentice Anthony Thomas got alate chance of riding She’s A Maneater in the 2017 Burger Kingsponsored Superstakes. Thomas got the ride as She’s A Maneaterregular partner jockey Omar Walker was injured. And, of course, theyoung man was a winner.

HEADING TO THE DIAMOND MILE: After beingsaddled, She’s A Maneater is led to the ParadeRing by groom Christo Anthony before the runningof the 2019 Diamond Mile.
A DAY TO FORGET:Just before the start of the2018 running of the DiamondMile, She’s A Maneater did theunthinkable of bolting from herstarting stall and was declareda late non-starter much to thechagrin of those present atCaymanas Park on the day.
PULLING AWAY IN THE DERBY: In the hands of her regular rider,Omar Walker, pulling away to win the 2017 Jamaica Derby.
HER ROYALHIGHNESS: JockeyDane Nelson salutesShe’s A Maneater aftervictory in the 2017Diamond Mile.
