Police records delay
KINGSTON, Jamaica— The Criminal Records Office (CRO) has advised that it is currently experiencing technical challenges which have impacted the timely delivery of police records.
It did not describe the nature of the challenges, but said the issues are being addressed and expect that services will return to normal in short order.
In the meantime, however, the CRO is asking members of the public to exercise patience with regard to the processing and delivery of police records.
