Clarendon College finished with a goal difference of two, while Cornwall College, who lost for the first time all season, going down to out-of-contention Charlemont High in Montego Bay, finished with a goal difference of one.
A draw would have been good enough for Cornwall College, but a 68th-minute penalty from Matthew Ellis was the difference between the teams as Charlemont High ended the competition triumphantly.
Garvey Maceo High remained perfect all season after they edged Irwin High 1-0 in their Zone Three top-of-the-table game to finish with nine points.
Glenmuir High rebounded from their 0-0 draw against St James High to clip Zone Four rivals Manchester High 1-0 to win the zone. Glenmuir finished on seven points, one more than Manchester.
Frome Technical, who had secured their berth from the previous week, played out a 1-1 draw with Vere Technical in Zone Two.
