UPDATE: Man rushed to hospital after Scotia ATM explosion
A man was rushed to hospital in serious condition after an explosion at a Scotiabank in Port Antonio, Portland on Saturday morning.
The explosion occurred at the automated teller machine (ATM) section of the Harbour Street-based bank about 4:15am.
The man was found hours later in an incinerator at the back of the building and taken to hospital by police.
Two ATMs as well as the front entrance and roof of the bank were damaged in the explosion which the police believe was deliberate.
