Two fishermen killed, two others injured in Clarendon shooting
CLARENDON, Jamaica — Four men have been shot, two fatally, in a gun attack along the Rocky Point Beach in Clarendon on Saturday.
According to the police report, the men were having drinks at a stall on the beach about 12:30 pm when a grey Toyota Axio motor vehicle drove up.
Three men reportedly alighted and opened gunfire at the group of men who ran.
The police said the gunmen gave chase and eventually shot all four. The gunmen then escaped in the waiting vehicle.
The four men were taken to hospital where Tremaine Davis, a 32-year-old fisherman was pronounced dead. Nineteen-year-old Timar Hall, also a fisherman, later died while undergoing treatment.
