Chiney K and Rush Cam for Courts Influencer Webinar

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Courts Jamaica Limited will on Thursday, May 19 present ‘Scale Up’, a free influencer webinar to detail the profitability of online popularity and content traction.

‘Scale up’, set to feature social media star Chiney K and lifestyle influencer Rush Cam will be hosted by Debbie Bisson. The webinar will break down the financial opportunities that come with a strong online presence, inviting viewers to learn how to make money being an influencer.

“Online influencers and influencer lifestyle have gained significant traction over the years, and we want to extend the opportunity to persons who may be interested in making a living online to learn the fundamentals from the professionals. Viewers can win an influencer starter kit that positions them to create quality content which is key. Courts Jamaica carries a variety of technology items including laptops, cell phones and accessories that can power the influencer lifestyle,” explained Jacqueline Edwards- Locke, Brand Manager, in a press release.

According to the release, one webinar participant will win a three-month internship with Chiney K and Rush Cam. The internship will allow a firsthand look at the complexities of online content planning and creation as well as monetization of digital collateral.

“Just last year, Chiney K was tapped by the marketing team of the wildly successful Netflix series Money Heist to assist with posting content and that speaks to the power of social media. Additionally, Rush Cam has chosen to create lifestyle content online rather than actively practicing law which further solidifies the fact that social media influencer is a viable career path and Courts Jamaica will help a new set of influencers develop,” Edwards-Locke said.

Courts said Scale Up registration is now open and persons can register at Courts Jamaica Facebook and Instagram pages.
