PHOTOS: Scores pay respect at Bunny Diamond funeral

Reggae singer Fitzroy “Bunny Diamond” Simpson, one third of the Mighty Diamonds, was laid to rest at the Meadowrest Memorial Gardens in St Catherine on Thursday.

Simpson died in hospital on April 1, two days after the murder of longtime friend and lead singer of the Mighty Diamonds, Donald “Tabby Diamond” Shaw.

A funeral service for Simpson was held Thursday morning at the Boulevard Baptist Church in St Andrew on Thursday, with scores of persons including Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange and members of the local music fraternity turning out to pay their respect.
