The youngster purchased two assault rifles and shot and killed 19 elementary school students and two teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Wow! That was another awful blow.

Did those who sold him the guns give the sale a second thought, or were they only concerned about the money?

From the very beginning, especially in the past decades, no teenager should be allowed to have access to guns in the United States. No way! That’s absolutely ridiculous. And, from the first mass school shooting in the US by a teenager some years ago, there should have never been a second mass school shooting by a teenager in the US. It is absolutely senseless that the US Government has continued to allow teenagers to carry guns.

Do you remember when that mass school shooting took place in Miami Dade, where 14 school students and some teachers were gunned down by another teenager, and the US Government and company vented their anger and disgust and said that they would work to ensure it did not happen again? But sadly, their promises and strong words of assurance proved futile because the deadly mass shootings have continued.

The relevant authorities should have learnt from previous experience or should have known, long ago, that it’s very dangerous to sell guns to teenagers. What if some of them who are purchasing weapons are mentally ill? Please stop the foolishness! Stop the madness! Too many school students have already died senselessly.

In 2022, 27 school shootings have taken place so far. Do you remember Sandy Hook Elementary School, where 20 students and six teachers were shot dead by Adam Lanza in December 2012?

The gun laws in the US seem to serve no purpose, and are not beneficial or in favour of saving people’s lives because there have been too many mass shootings. The US Government should be held accountable for being passive in controlling the guns.

They need to stop selling guns in the United States as if they are selling food items at the supermarkets.

Stop! Enough is enough! Stop gambling with people’s lives!

I find this hard to believe. Why on God’s Earth do the relevant authorities in the US seem to be condoning acts and dealings that are wrong, life-threatening, and dangerous by allowing the madness of “gun freedom” to all its people? What a crazy world, crazy US!

The people of the United States should have never been given the go-ahead to carry or own guns. Only police, soldiers, security guards, and some business people should have access to guns. And in regard to security guards and business people, it all depends on their personalities and level of self-control.
