Water disruptions for areas served by NWC’s Constant Spring plant
The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that low inflows to the Constant Spring Treatment Plant has been negatively impacting its ability to supply water to the customers.
The NWC says based on this decline, the areas that are normally supplied have been experiencing low water or no water conditions throughout the course of Saturday, June 04.
Areas impacted include: Sections of Constant Spring Road, areas off Manning’s Hill Road, sections of Red Hills Road, Arlene Gardens, Valentine Gardens, sections of Queensborough.
Other areas include:
Areas below Grant’s Pen, including Eastwood Park Gardens, Molynes Road, Hagley Park Road, Washington Boulevard, Dunrobin Avenue and Gardens, Half-Way-Tree, Camperdown Terrace, sections of Half-Way-Tree Road and sections leading off and Cross Roads area.
The NWC says it will provide further updates by 10 am on Sunday, June 05.
