Jamaican healthcare investor attends TIME100 Summit
Healthcare investor and practitioner Dr David Walcott was invited to attend the TIME100 Summit on Tuesday, an exclusive event that brings together global influencers who are shaping solutions and taking actions toward the creation of a better world.
The second annual staging of the TIME100 Summit is being held at the Frederick P Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. An Oxford, INSEAD and Harvard-trained graduate, Dr Walcott has spent much of his time exploring viable healthcare solutions in emerging markets like the Caribbean and Latin America.
According to a press release, his invite to the event that is packed with global movers and shakers, was based on his successful track record in healthcare services, medical education and health innovation through NovaMed, a company he co-founded in 2018.
