Jacqueline Boyd-Vassell (left), principal of Mona Preparatory School, accepts books from alumna Imani Christian at the school campus last Wednesday. Christian said she took action by combining both her passion for environmental justice with her passion for art in publishing for Keep Jamaica Clean, a colouring book that engages and empowers children and adults alike through the very simple action of colouring. She said itâs through simple actions like these, and education, that people are able to learn the ways that they can contribute to the movement and aid in solving climate change and marine issues.
