‘Nose’ charged with robbery and assault in St James
ST JAMES, Jamaica — A court date is being finalized for 39-year-old Dave Livingston, otherwise called ‘Nose’, a labourer of Maroon Town in St James after he was arrested and charged with robbery with aggravation and assault at common-law.
Livingston’s charges stem from a June 11 incident which occurred on Howard Cooke Boulevard in the parish.
According to the police, about 6:30 am Livingston was among men armed with firearms and knives, who robbed a man of J$32,000. The man was also reportedly hit in the face.
A report was made to the police, and on Sunday, June 19 Livingston was identified by the victim in a line-up as one of the men who robbed and assaulted him.
