For the 10th anniversary staging of Kingston Kitchen, I wanted to do a little something different. During the pandemic, under my Nyam & Trod brand on Instagram, I created three seasons of home bar cocktail videos between 2020 and ended them in early 2022. Many people expressed to me that they wanted to taste them in real life, so I jumped at the opportunity to create a pop-up bar to make this a reality for those who have been loyal supporters of Kingston Kitchen and JuicyChef over the years.

I was blessed with an amazing team to make this dream a reality. Sarah Jackson of Simply Jim Dandy who designed the look and feel of Boisson, my amazing stylist Trudi Hamilton who executed my vision for rustic Caribbean chic in her own inimitable style, and my amazing bartenders Luke, Ovando and Kenny who served my cocktails with a smile to the wonderful Kingston Kitchen patrons.

Of course, the Jamaica Observer is my original media home, so it’s only apt that I share them with you so you can create your own home bar drinks with loved ones for your entertaining pleasure.
