Protestors demand justice ahead of Maitland’s bail hearing

Protestors and supporters of missing social media influencer Donna-Lee Donaldson have converged at the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court ahead of the bail hearing of murder-accused police constable Noel Maitland.

The group was heard shouting “no bail for Noel”.

Maitland, the boyfriend of Donaldson, was charged with murder earlier this month.

Donaldson has been missing since July 12.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey theorised that Donaldson was murdered between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12.

Members of Donaldson’s family have lashed out at the justice system for granting Maitland a bail hearing.
