Simultaneous dual camera with Snapchat

Snapchat is launching the “Dual Camera” recording feature enabling users to simultaneously snap photos and video using their phone’s front-facing and rear cameras.

However, it only works on iOS for iPhone XS and newer, while the Android feature is months away.

Instagram is also testing a dual camera set-up called Candid Challenges, which could appear in Reels one day. Both companies are following BeReal, the photo-sharing app using both cameras.
