Free access to EPL via CSport extended
Free access to English Premier League (EPL) rights holder VertiCast Media Group’s CSport platforms has been extended by another two weeks to October 1.
The company, in a statement Thursday evening, said it decided to push back the start of paid access in light of the postponement of a number of EPL matches following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
“This means that existing and new subscribers to CSport will have unlimited exclusive access to Premier League and NFL games this weekend as well as key European Nations League matches over the next two weeks,” the company said in a statement.

Paid access to CSport had originally been set to start on September 16, with rates ranging from US$3 (J$453) a week to US$77.99 annually.
Since acquiring the rights to the highly popular English Premier League, Verticast has not been able to reach a deal with either Flow or Digicel, the two largest cable providers in the region.
Verticast owns the rights to the English Premier League for the next three seasons.
