Proven Properties opens doors at urban oasis Via at Braemar

VIA at Braemar, the sleekly designed 99 mixed-unit innovative development, on October 1 hosted its ‘Welcome Home’ event for residents on the building’s sky deck.

The development is the latest complex to host a welcome home for residents, partners and specially invited guests by Proven Properties Limited. They truly redefined urban living in New Kingston with chic apartments boasting the added benefits of privacy, security, eco-friendly design and a sky deck with pool, bar, gym and views like no other.

The event, hosted by emcee extraordinaire Terri-Karrelle Reid, on the Sky Deck of the complex overlooking the city, was a breathtaking affair with delectable delights by Jacqui Tyson, cool tunes spun by DJ Sparks, a house band providing the rhythmic tunes of reggae, and a show- stopping performance by Agent Sasco that lit up the night.

Christopher Williams, who heads Proven Management Limited and is the chairman of Proven Properties, stated that VIA at Braemar demonstrates the evolution of our Jamaican lifestyle into living quarters.

He praised CEO Aisha Campbell, stating, “This lady that runs real estate in a man’s world is killin’ it! You have no idea what she’s coming with. I had no idea this building would be so amazing!”

Campbell responded by saying: “We have only just begun. Proven Properties has much more in store from our joint venture warehouse complex on Marcus Garvey Drive as well as the one in Cayman, we are diverse in our offerings.

She added: “We are excited about our upcoming developments on the North Coast Sol Harbour in Ocho Rios and our Cardiff Hall villas and townhomes we know consumers want options for investment as well as vacation properties…. Well, look no further.”

VIA was designed by Jamaican ace architect David Douglas, owner and principal of DDNA, it comprises 99 apartments consisting of 51 studios, 30 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units. The 10-storey complex has a floating lounge and sunrise & sunset terraces on the 4th floor as well as a roof top sky deck with pool, gym, bar and other amenities.

Proven Properties continues to lead the way in rich offerings, unique designs and thoughtful amenities both in their residential and commercial ventures.
