US Ambassador to Jamaica Noah Nickolas “Nick” Perry and his leadership team were formally introduced to government officials, members of the Opposition, private sector leaders, and international development partners in a by-invitation-only reception hosted by the Embassy of the United States.

Ambassador Perry and his wife Joyce greeted guests in a receiving line, before joining them for cocktails by the pool. Perry — the first Jamaican-born person to hold the position of US Ambassador — in his address said, “I am without a doubt very proud of my heritage, but I am honoured and equally proud to be here before you today as the United States Ambassador to Jamaica.”

Plus, we’re wrapping Pink-tober with Academy Award-winning actress Julia Roberts in custom Greta Constantine at the Los Angeles premiere of Ticket to Paradise, a romantic comedy she co-stars in with George Clooney.
